A resin surface is a thin wearing layer, so its lifespan depends on the base beneath it. Cracking, sinking and standing water usually trace back to poor preparation.
As groundworks and tarmac surfacing contractors, excavation, sub-base work and drainage are everyday jobs for our team. We also build the edging, brickwork and garden landscaping that frame a driveway.

Resin Bound Or Resin Bonded: What Is The Difference?
We install both, and they suit different jobs.
Resin bound: stone and resin are mixed before laying and trowelled to a smooth finish. On a permeable base, rainwater drains straight through.
Resin bonded: resin is spread over a solid base and stone is scattered on top. It gives a textured, gravel-look finish, but it is not permeable and some loose stone can come away over time.
